Well, I guess July did finally catch up with me! Really working on not being a food and exercise wimp in August. This month has derailed me a number of times in the past, due to the extreme busy-ness and stress. If I can navigate August well this time, I will be able to handle anything that gets thrown my way!

At least aftereffects of birthday celebrations aren’t showing on the scale! July has been a tough month to move forward, but I’ll take holding steady…for now.

Sorry I am two days late with this weigh-in. I was out of town, but didn’t really like to say so in order to warn people there wouldn’t be a post!

Frustrating feeling of being stuck. But, my knee is feeling better and I’m cleared to exercise so I’m building back up on the calorie burning…hoping for better results next week!
